TEND SKIN Known Uses:

  • Razor Bumps (PFB) or razor burn, from shaving or wearing a tie: Use fresh sharp razors and change blades often! Apply at bedtime and after morning shave. Daily use to maintain clear skin. DO NOT SLASH ON FACE! Eye irritant! Use cotton ball or roll-on bottle of Tend Skin.
  • Ingrown hairs: Apply at bedtime and after morning shave or as often as needed to "out" the ingrown hair. Then use once daily. Tweezing is NOT advised as resulting skin damage may increase the formation of more ingrown hairs from scarring.
  • Shaving/Waxing/Electrolysis: Apply after to reduce redness within 30 to 60 minutes or less!
  • Men's back and chest waxing: Apply twice daily for one week to avoid infection.
  • Acne or pimples: Apply multiple times daily. Once clear, apply daily to help keep clear.
  • Cold Sores (fever blisters): Place cotton swab on throbbing or tingling area for 10-20 seconds. Use one swab per spot only! Apply 3-5 times daily to stop the eruption! If eruption has already occured use same procedure as above.
  • Hyper pigmentation (due to in-grown hairs, shaving or tweezing): Apply twice daily!
  • Deodorant: After shaving, Tend Skin may be applied as a deodorant -- especially if skin is nicked.
  • Poison Ivy: Use one cotton ball per spot so as NOT TO SPREAD INFECTION. Use as often as needed to stop the itching and dry up the blisters.

  • Bug bites (mosquitoes): Apply often to stop the itching and dry up the bite.
  • Ink and Hair color remover: Spot test first! Removes excess hair color from the skin. Removes ink from hands, fingernails and cuticles. Even Magic Marker.
  • Electrolysis: May apply a thin coat before procedure to protect the skin. And use after treatments will help clear up redness faster and minimize "bumping!" Apply at bedtime and in the morning for three to seven days depending on your sensitivity.
  • Cleanser: May be rubbed on to cleanse the face.
  • Astringent: Acts as an astringent for oily skin.
